![]() If you access your mail on multiple devices, you must set your signature for each device with the exception of the bwa on the web. ![]() Note: If you have multiple accounts, you must set the default signature separately for each account. Click the Save button (upper right corner) to save your changes. Be sure to place checkmarks by "Automatically include my signature on new messages that I comprose" and also by "Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to". Type your signature in the Email signature window. In the search bar, type the word "signature" without quotes, then choose Email signature. To edit your signature via the web, login to Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner (it looks like a gear). Use the Choose Signature: drop down menu to choose the default signature for the account you have selected. In the text field in the right column type the signature you wish to appear in your emails. ![]() Tap Done in the upper right corner of the screen to save your signature. The signature is text-based only there are no font styling or image abilities here. In the Signature window, you can create a basic signature using the on-screen keyboard. Click the Plus (+) button to create the new signature, type the name of the signature and hit the Enter key. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the Mail section and tap Signature. Select the name of the email account you wish to create the signature under. In Apple Mail click the Mail menu, Preferences then click Signatures. After your signatures are created, you can choose them under Choose default signature for each email account that you have and whether you want the signature on new messages and replies/forwards. You can add more signatures using the + sign in the left column. Create your custom signature in the right hand column text field. From the Outlook menu, click Preferences, under Email, click Signatures and then click Standard in the left hand column. In Outlook 2016 (Mac) you can set a default signature for each of your mail accounts. If you want this same signature to appear on any messages you reply to or forward, in the Replies/forwards field. ![]() In the Edit Signature box, enter the information that you want to appear for your signature. Click the New button, and enter your name. In Outlook 2016 (Windows) on the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, then click Signatures. To append a signature to each message you send, open a new message window. ![]()
